Get behind the driver's seat and steer life in the direction

PROGRAM:
Gentle yoga first up, one hour.
Guided meditations for 45 minutes (in 3 parts). If you're new to meditation don't worry. I'll make it easy and enjoyable for you. It's my specialty.
Followed by morning tea and Playful Mindfulness. I've got a stack of games up my sleeve. Let's see what tumbles out!

Ps, The first half of the morning, during yoga and meditation, is in silence ... aaahh, not having to talk! Yum. We'll make up for it later with playful mindfulness games (being loud is allowed!!).
