This session maps out self-kindness (also known as self-compassion) and how to use it in daily life. We will explore the main components: (mindfulness, self-kindness and common humanity), via a series of inner reflections. You'll get a taste of their beneficial impacts on mind and emotions.

EVERYDAY POSTURE session

Discover powerful yet simple posture tweaks to come away taller, stronger and wiser about what to do, daily, to free your spine, unbuckle your joints and lift the weight from your shoulders.

Two-for-One tickets are available on the door only Thursday & Friday.

All yoga, workshops, meditations and talks are included FREE with festival entry.
Doors open 9am each day.
Children under 13 are free with a paying adult.
