Kyogle Together had the pleasure of working with Shakti as part of the Active Kyogle project, where she facilitated relaxation and mindfulness groups. Shakti did a great job in tailor-designing workshop content for audiences as diverse as seniors, girls in high school, and carers and health professionals. Shakti’s teaching style was informed, clear, and supportive, and participants said that they had specific techniques that they would find helpful in daily life.’
