Discover the power of your inherent inner spaciousness, through the regular practice of meditation. By the end of ten weeks you'll have a solid foundation in meditation and be experiencing more spaciousness in your daily life.
This course is for you if you'd like to do a solid block of once-weekly meditation. With feedback, inspiration, encouragement and a small community to share it with.
