Dear Yoga and Mindfulness friends

I am offering a nuts-and-bolts Meditation course in Kyogle.

We will be going through the very basics …
  • how to sit and why
  • the best and most effective ways to go inward
  • ways of using the breath (including pranayama, centering yogic breathing)
  • approaches to observing the mind
  • an assortment of different and varied meditation approaches so you can discover the style that works best for you.
  • an extended relaxation to start will be part of the package, so we feel fresh for meditation.​​

Meditation is well known for producing calm and clarity. It is also an effective way to experience less worry, more energy and a balanced emotional state.

Bring along your busy mind and see how good it feels to put it through the gentle sander and polisher of meditation practice. Through meditation we can make our mind a really comfortable place to be.
I’m particularly excited to be offering a meditation course at the moment. To augment my 30+ years’ experience on the cushion, I have been taking professional development with leading meditation teachers in the USA and loving what I am learning.
