SESSIONS INCLUDE:
- lying down guided relaxation Yoga Nidra to start (shrug off the day's tensions)
- short accessible meditations, seated in chairs (or floor if you prefer).
- ways to make meditation easier, helpful
- find your own style
- information and explanations: meditation and the brain/nervous system
- brief games and light-hearted banter, if we need a break
- a few gentle stretches
- support of a like-minded group
- resources to use at home

A- Yup, me too. No problem. You've come to the right place. This is the territory of meditation. It gives us a way to handle over-thinking.
Q- I find it hard to sit still. Or on the floor.
A- We sit on chairs. It's fine to move if you have to. Fine to stand up also, if your back requires it. Or lie on the floor. Or sit on floor. Heck, it's all okay.
Q- I can use an app to meditate. Why would I pay for a course?
A- We tend to value what we pay for, for starters. Being part of a group is supportive and encouraging. Hearing the struggles and experiences of others is reassuring and motivating. It's good to learn first-hand from a real human ... I've got 37 years experience as a daily meditator. I'd love to help.
